Before you book
Lash and brow tints need a patch test 48 hours before. Pop in any time we’re open.
A £10 deposit holds your slot and comes off the bill.
Wearing gel from another salon? Add a removal so we can start fresh.

Gel & BIAB
Every set includes shaping, cuticle work and cuticle oil to finish.
Gel manicure

Shape, cuticle tidy and two coats of gel in any colour from the wall. Lasts two to three weeks.
Aftercare
Wear gloves for cleaning and washing up, and use cuticle oil every evening.
BIAB overlay

Builder gel over your natural nails for strength while they grow. Good if yours bend or snap.
Aftercare
Book your infill within three weeks so the growth doesn't lift at the edges.
BIAB infill

Gel pedicure

Simple art

Aftercare
Top coat seals it in, so treat it like the rest of the set.
French, chrome or ombré

Any of the three across all ten nails, in classic or colour.
Aftercare
Chrome can dull with hand cream. Wipe with a lint-free pad to bring the shine back.
Hand-painted designs

Avoid soaking hands in hot water for the first 24 hours.
Charms & gems

Snags happen on knitwear. If one comes off in the first week, we'll replace it free.

Lash lift & tint

Keep lashes dry and away from steam and mascara for 24 hours.
Classic full set

Brows
Tints need a patch test 48 hours before. It’s free and takes five minutes.
Brow lamination & tint

Keep brows dry for 24 hours and brush them up each morning with a little oil.
Brow wax & tint

How long will my gel or BIAB last?
Two to three weeks for gel and three to four for BIAB, depending on your hands and your job. Oil your cuticles every day and wear gloves for cleaning.

Do I need a patch test?
Yes, for any lash or brow tint and for lash extensions, at least 48 hours before. It’s free, takes five minutes, and you don’t need to book.

Can I bring a picture?
Please do. Add it to your booking notes so we can plan the time. Detailed hand-painted art can need a longer slot.

What if something lifts or chips?
Message us within 7 days and we’ll fix it free. After that, a repair is £5 a nail.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Give us 24 hours’ notice and we’ll move your deposit to a new date. With less notice, or if you don’t come, we keep the deposit.

Can I come with a friend?
Yes. Book two slots at the same time and we’ll sit you side by side.
